Taxes and duties

All prices online are quoted free of any additional charges. Your order will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). As such, your order may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and payment of these fees is obligatory if you wish to obtain your shipment.

All applicable duties shall be borne by the customer. Unfortunately we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay but your local customs should be able to estimate the price. 

Nippie Store cannot be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at nippiestore2021@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
